To school district parents and students:
If schools are delayed or closed because of bad weather there will be an announcement on the following stations: If there are no announcements school is open.
Television: > Q-6 News
FM Radio: > KZLN 97.50 FM Rock > KIOK 94.90 FM Country > KZHR 92.5 FM Espanol

IMPORTANT:
In poor weather we will leave the bus shop 15 minutes earlier In the morning to pick up students.
If roads become un-passable parents may be asked to bring students to a safer stop or to school until roads clear.
Drivers will instruct students on time changes in bad weather.
If you call the Transportation Department (346-2252) after 6 a.m. there will be a recording announcing if school is on time, delayed 2 hours, or closed. (The phone is usually busy so it is better to listen to the radio or T.V. stations shown above.) In bad weather we are out of the office removing snow, starting buses, and checking if buildings are warm.

IMPORTANTE:

En mal tiempo nos iremos del estacionamiento del camiones 15 minutos mas temprano para recojer a los estudientes.

Si careteras no se pueden pasar se les llamaran a los padres para que lleven a sus hijos a un lugar mas seguro o para la escuela, sí las careteras no se limpian.
Los manejadores les diran a los estudiantes de cambios de horario en mal tiempo.
Si llama al Departamento de Transportacion (346-2252) despues de las 6:00 a.m. habra un anuncio grabado para avisarles si la escuela corre a tiempo, atrasada 2 horas, o cerrada. (El telefono por la mayoria del tiempo esta ocupado, por lo tanto, es mejor escuchar las estaciones de radio o television que estan mencionadas arriba). En mal tiempo, estamos fuera de la oficina limpiando nieve, empesando los camiones y fijandonos si los edificios estas los suficientemente calientes.
